Darren Franco is a 20-year real estate and financing veteran who is focused on ensuring an individualized and smooth process for all his clients.

Darren co-founded Boston Mortgage Solutions, LLC in 2005. He grew up in the real estate industry, apprenticing both with his father who is a licensed real estate broker and investment property owner and his brother who owns and operates a residential and commercial general contracting and construction company.

Based on his earlier experiences, Darren earned his Massachusetts Real Estate Agent license to gain a deeper understanding on what his clients were experiencing.  Soon after that, he started purchasing properties for his own investment portfolio. These experiences, coupled with his finance training has allowed Darren to have an "outside the box" mentality, understanding not everyone fits into (or wants) a 30-year fixed mortgage, and to first focus on customer requirements.

Whether a first-time homebuyer, homeowner looking to refinance, a second home or an experienced real estate investor, Darren will ensure a smooth process and a thorough explanation of your financing options.

Darren earned his Masters in Business Administration from Babson College and his Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Darren grew up in Canton, MA and currently lives in Needham, MA with his wife and 2 children.
